Thomas Bothuyne

Thomas Bothuyne has diverse work experience starting from 2013. Thomas started as a Student Job at Bayer CropScience in July 2013. Later, in December 2013, they worked as a Cashier at IKEA Group until June 2014. From January 2014 to June 2015, they worked as a Bartender at Mouterij. In 2015, they had an Internship at UZ Brussel from April to June. Since August 2015, Thomas has been working at Threon - Value through projects as a Project Management Consultant, Trainer & Product Owner, specializing in Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management solutions. Thomas is responsible for managing projects, creating reports and dashboards, providing training, and managing product development.

Thomas Bothuyne obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Antwerp Management School in 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Public and Non-profit Management from Ghent University between 2012 and 2014. Thomas'sinitial Master's degree was in Political Science, which they earned from Ghent University from 2008 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, Thomas became a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2021. In February 2020, they obtained a certification in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from Microsoft. Thomas also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in March 2023. Additionally, they became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® through the Project Management Institute in June 2016.
