Cory Hughes

Cory Hughes currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Threshold Brands since August 2023. Prior to this role, Cory spent nearly two decades at Liberty Tax, holding positions including Executive Vice President of Operations, Divisional Vice President, and Area Developer for Little Rock, AR, where successful growth was achieved through effective franchisee recruitment and training. Cory also owned a franchise of Sola Salon Studios from September 2012 to September 2021, providing salon professionals with resources to launch their businesses. Additionally, Cory worked as a Franchise Consultant at FranChoice and as National Recruiting Manager at H&R Block Financial Advisors. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Pittsburg State University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
