Martha Gonzalez

Martha is the Director of IDD Residential Services consisting of programs supporting Community Homes, Supported Living and LifeSharing services providing person-centered, individualized supports.

Martha has been with Threshold for over 18 years in which she has held various influential positions including Rehabilitation Counselor, Residential Team Coordinator, and Assistant Director of IDD Residential Services before assuming her current role in 2014.

Martha graduated with a B.S. Degree in Special Education and attained her teaching licensure in Colombia.
