As the talent partner at Threshold, Jen works closely with and advises portfolio companies on their initiatives to identify, attract, and retain world-class talent in their organizations.
Jen has been in the talent industry for nearly 15 years with a focus on managing executive searches and counseling founders as they scale their companies. Jen was the head of talent at Comcast Ventures, as well as a partner on the executive talent team at Andreessen Horowitz. Jen spent over four years at Box, where she built the executive search function and ultimately ran recruiting for the company, pre and post IPO. Earlier, Jen was a search consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates.
Jen received a BA in telecommunications from Indiana University.
