Cindy Lenti Penn

Cindy Lenti Penn is an experienced urban planning specialist currently serving as a Creator at Threshold 360 since September 2023. Cindy has held various roles, including Planner II at The Law Office of Mattaniah S. Jahn, P.A. from May to September 2023, and Zoning Specialist at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. from September 2021 to June 2023. Previous experience also includes Creative Director at Associacao Batala De Percussao and Independent Consultant at BFJ Planning / Meatpacking Business Improvement District. Cindy worked as a NYC Community Planning Fellow at Brooklyn Borough Hall and gained experience in Transit Oriented Development and outreach through internships and coordinator roles. Educationally, Cindy holds a Master's Degree in Urban Planning from Hunter College and a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainable Urban Environments from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from Valencia College.
