Michael Faley

Michael Faley currently serves as General Counsel at Thresholds since September 2021. Previously, Michael held the position of Adjunct Professor of Law at UIC John Marshall Law School from 2019 to October 2021 and worked as Counsel at Seyfarth Shaw LLP in 2021. Michael was a Partner at SmithAmundsen LLC from 2018 to 2021 and spent 14 years as a Partner at Schuyler, Roche & Crisham, P.C. from 2004 to 2018. Prior to these roles, Michael served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Illinois Appellate Court from 2002 to 2004. Michael’s educational background includes degrees from the University of Illinois Chicago and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
