Patti Jacobs Hein

Patti Jacobs Hein is an experienced professional in counseling and education, currently on sabbatical after serving as President and Licensed Professional Counselor at Thresholds, P.C. since 1996. As a therapist, Patti specializes in psychotherapy and counseling for mood and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions. Additionally, Patti founded TAFicity, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting transracial and adoptive families. Previous roles include freelance writing in mental health, educational curriculum development for Jungle Quest Franchising, and providing counseling services at the Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network. Patti holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Saint Mary's College.
