Russell Alger serves as the Housing Intake Manager and Housing Locator at Thresholds since February 2022. Previously, Russell founded and operated 290 Lawncare from May 2020 to October 2021. Russell has also worked as a Sales Associate at UNTUCKit and JCPenney, where responsibilities included processing transactions and assisting customers. An internship at Michigan State University involved analyzing coastal erosion using ArcGIS Pro as part of the Coastlines & People project funded by the National Science Foundation. Additionally, a Study Abroad Internship with Lakeshore Agro-Processors Enterprise focused on development issues in Malawi. Russell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography and Urban Planning from Michigan State University and a COVID-19 Contact Tracing Certificate from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
