Emma Stratford

Emma is a qualified paralegal, based in their Swindon office. Having been at Thrings since 2006, Emma works in the Commercial Property Team, assisting transactions. She offers particular expertise acting for providers of Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) in the acquisition and disposal of property, and the leases and licenses that occur during the lifespan of these investments. Emma is also experienced in acting on the transfer of property portfolios between pension fund trustees and regularly acts for local landlords in respect of new leases and licenses. She is also a member of the Institute of Paralegals.
