Marsha Holly has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Marsha began their career in 1992 as a Tax Shelter Specialist at Citi. Marsha then worked as a Sales Assistant at Dean Witter Reynolds Inc. from 1993 to 1995, and as a Branch Examiner at Smith Barney Inc. at Morgan Stanley from 1995 to 1997. From 1997 to 1999, they were a Compliance Associate at Jennison Associates LLC. Marsha then worked as a Senior Operations Analyst at Lehman Brothers from 1999 to 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they were a Registered Client Service Associate at UBS, where they were responsible for helping high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals. From 2004 to 2019, they were a Vice President, Client Advisor at Bessemer Trust, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships. Most recently, they have been the Director, Voice of the Customer and Project Manager at Thrio since 2019.

Marsha Holly has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from McGill University. Marsha also holds a DEC - Sciences, lettres et art from Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf and attended Collège Jean de la Mennais. In addition, they are a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor and holds a CompTIA Project+ certification.
