Charlotte Smith is currently the Partnerships & Implementation Lead at Thrive, where they focus on inclusive, research-driven mental health support for children and young people. Presently on maternity leave until October 2026, Charlotte has previously served as a Regional Development Manager at Thrive and as a Schools Development Manager at Voices Foundation. Charlotte was a Primary Teacher at STEP Academy Trust and has experience as a Professional Actor and Workshop Facilitator. They hold a PGDE from the UCL Institute of Education and a First Class Honours BA in Acting from the Guildford School of Acting.
