Sharon also serves as a Thrive Approach Trainer and a Youth Justice Board Member, contributing to the development of secure schools and trauma-informed approaches. Additionally, Sharon has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Psychoanalysis of human development and a Bachelor of Education degree.
