Spencer Hibbert

Spencer Hibbert is an experienced professional in regional development and education partnerships, currently serving as the Regional Development Manager at Thrive Approach since August 2024. Previously, Spencer held the position of School Partnerships Manager at Teach First from March 2022 to August 2024, and prior to that, worked as the National Contracts Manager at Vision for Education from October 2019 to May 2022. Spencer's tenure at Teach First also included roles as Schools Partnership Manager and Graduate Recruitment Senior Officer from November 2009 to November 2019. Earlier career experience includes serving as Graduate Recruitment Manager at Pinsent Masons from 2007 to 2010 and at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2003 to 2007. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Sheffield Hallam University, completed from 1995 to 1998.
