Tom Preston is the Director at Thrive, the UK's leading provider of social, emotional, and mental health training and resources for schools, dedicated to enhancing attendance and behavior while improving wellbeing for both staff and pupils. Previously, Tom served as the Director of Partnerships at Teach First and has held various roles including Regional Director and School Partnerships Manager. Passionate about social impact, leadership, and strategy, Tom is also a published author and currently pursues a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Oxford, alongside a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Leicester and a Master of Education from Harvard University. Tom is based in Nottingham, UK.
