Kristen Cleary

Kristen Cleary is an accomplished veterinarian with extensive experience in the veterinary field, currently serving as the Houston Area Medical Director and Veterinarian at THRIVE Affordable Vet Care since November 2017. Prior to this role, Kristen worked as an Associate Veterinarian at Banfield Pet Hospital from July 2015 to November 2017 and completed an internship at Peterson & Smith Equine Hospital from June 2014 to June 2015. Kristen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law, earned in 2008, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, completed in 2014, and also possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2005) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Minnesota (2010).
