Maroof Shittu

Maroof Shittu is an accomplished Frontend Engineer with extensive experience at ThriveAgric, serving as Frontend Engineer II since November 2020. In this role, Maroof collaborated with backend engineers and designers to enhance the Agricultural Operating System (AOS), which supports over 50,000 farmers and 10,000 field agents, while also significantly optimizing website performance. Previously, as Frontend Engineer I, Maroof contributed to a 20% increase in user retention and a 15% rise in daily active users by developing a Progressive Web App. Maroof's career began as a Frontend Engineer Intern at ThriveAgric and PureWeb Technologies LTD. Maroof holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Federal University of Technology Minna and is currently enrolled in the Ethereum Developer Bootcamp at Alchemy University focusing on Blockchain Technology.
