Paul Welge

Paul Welge is currently the Chief Pilot at Thrive Aviation, where he holds the title of Captain CE700/G600 and Assistant Chief Pilot. Prior to this, he worked at Cirrus Aviation Services as the Director of Safety and Captain, flying LR45 and serving as First Officer on CL604/605. Paul has also worked as a Contract Pilot, delivering aircraft across the United States. He has experience in management, having held the position of General Manager at Culvers in The Woodlands and Conroe. Paul also has a background in marketing, having interned at Merrill Lynch. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in General Business from Texas Tech University.
