April Syria is currently the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Vice President at Thrive Communities since January 2020. April has over 20 years of experience in property management, having previously worked at Archstone for 15 years in various roles including Sr. Community Manager, Community Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Manager, and Leasing Associate. April has held leadership positions at Thrive Communities Inc. since February 2013, starting as a Community Manager and working their way up to Regional Manager and Vice President of Property Management.
