Kevin Pugsley

Kevin Pugsley has extensive experience in property management and training, currently serving as Integrations Manager at Thrive Communities since November 2016, where previous roles included Training Manager, Lead Trainer and Floating Team Manager, and Community Manager. Prior to joining Thrive Communities, Kevin worked at Metco Property Management from August 2011 to October 2016, holding positions as Assistant Community Manager and Leasing Consultant. Kevin began professional development as a Tutor at Bellevue College from October 2010 to June 2011. Academically, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Professional Emphasis from the University of Idaho, obtained between 2008 and 2010, and attended Edmonds College from 2006 to 2008.
