Alex Ballesteros

Alex Ballesteros is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in operations, coaching, and partnership management. Currently serving as the Director of Coaching Operations and Chief of Staff for Coaching & Training Operations at Thrive Global, Alex focuses on enhancing operational excellence and standardizing coaching processes. Previously, Alex held roles at Thrive Global Foundation, managing impact partnerships, and at the Town of Truckee, navigating complex planning codes and presenting rehabilitation projects. Prior experience includes Talent Operations at Nuna Inc., where Alex designed a corporate social responsibility program and improved recruiting processes, as well as various roles during academic pursuits at Stanford University, including community legal services and public relations for Stanford Women's Rugby. Alex holds a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from Stanford University.
