Erica Eliot

Erica Eliot is an experienced professional with a background in design and UX. Currently, Erica holds the position of Head of Design and UX at Thrive Global. Prior to this role, Erica worked at companies such as Bounti Labs as a Founding Designer and Bookclubs as the Director of Product and Design. With a strong educational background, Erica holds a Master's Degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Art & Art History with a focus on Museum Studies from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
