Bahar Karimi has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Executive Director of Long-Term Care Services at Thrive Group. Bahar is also the Chair of the Centre of Excellence and the Administrator of Idlewyld Manor. In addition to their roles at Thrive Group, Bahar is an Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University, a Faculty Member at AdvantAge Ontario, and a member of various advisory tables and committees in the healthcare sector. With a diverse educational background including a PhD in Nursing Leadership, Bahar is committed to driving innovation and quality improvement in healthcare. Bahar also owns a business, Beautyfix Medical Spa, which offers a unique approach to medical aesthetics.
