Melanie Cabral is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Thrive Group. Melanie has filled 100% of advertised positions with a high level of customer service and confidently conducted telephone interviews with candidates. Prior to this role, Melanie worked as a Human Resources Associate and a Human Resources Assistant, where Melanie managed full cycle recruitment processes and screened candidates for various positions. Melanie also has experience as a Human Resources Intern in recruitment.
