Sandra Watt

Sandra Watt is an accomplished professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Chief of Organizational Development at Thrive Group since April 2013. With extensive experience spanning over three decades, Sandra has held key leadership roles, including Chief of Organizational Learning and Development at Lutherwood, where major contributions included overseeing all HR functions and acting as Executive Director for the Lutherwood Institute of Research in Child and Youth Mental Health. Previous positions encompass Director of HR & Administration and Manager of Employment Services at Lutherwood, along with impactful roles at The Massey Centre for Women and the North Eastern Education Board in Northern Ireland. Sandra holds an M.Sc. in Education and Training from the University of Surrey and a B.A. in Education from Ulster University.
