The Human Resources team at Thrive Group is dedicated to supporting the organization's mission of providing exceptional care for seniors and adults with disabilities. This team oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits management, and compliance. They ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains a skilled and compassionate workforce across its four member organizations: AbleLiving Services, Capability Support Services, St. Peter's Residence at Chedoke, and Idlewyld Manor.
