Shelley Westerman

Shelley Westerman, MBA, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development at Thrive Group, a role held since August 2015, where responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating organizational development strategies for over 1,300 employees. Prior to Thrive Group, Shelley was the Organizational Development Manager at House of Friendship from May 2014 to August 2015, providing direction on human resource policies and maintaining knowledge of HR best practices. Shelley also worked at Lutherwood from March 2007 to May 2014 as an HR Generalist and Accreditation Coordinator, offering leadership in recruitment, performance management, and compliance. Shelley's experience also includes a position as an HR Generalist at Kia Canada Inc. in 2006. Academic qualifications include an MBA with a specialization in Strategic Management from Wilfrid Laurier University and studies at Sheridan.
