Cody Thompson

Cody Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cody is currently employed as the VP of Engineering at Thrive Health since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at NAV CANADA from 2017 to 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Systems Design & Software Development Specialist and Senior Software Developer.

Before joining NAV CANADA, Cody held roles at KAI Innovations as the Chief Technology Officer and VP of Software Engineering from 2016 to 2017. Cody also worked at Trimara Corporation as a Development Lead and Software Developer and Support Analyst from 2013 to 2016.

Cody's early career includes positions at Canada Revenue Agency as a Programmer Analyst in 2013, CogniLore Information Solutions Inc. as an Application Developer in 2012, and Algonquin College - Algonquin Research Institute as a Project Lead in 2011.

In addition, Cody has gained valuable experience through co-op positions at Emploi et Développement social Canada (EDSC) / Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) as a SADE Analyst in 2010, and at NAV CANADA as a Software Developer and Test Analyst in 2009.
