Divya Arora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and recruitment within the IT sector. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Thrive IT Systems Ltd since July 2019, Divya has previously held key roles such as BDM Europe at AS Innovative IT Solutions GmbH and Resourcing Partner at several organizations including Scandent Consulting and Select IT. Divya’s career began in banking at HDFC Bank and IDBI Bank, where positions included Deputy Manager in Private Banking and Team Leader. Divya's educational background consists of a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and a Bachelor of Laws, both obtained from Panjab University.
