Caitlin Kelly

Caitlin Kelly is the current Vice President of Accounting at Thrive Market. Caitlin has over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

Kelly started their career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP where they spent 8 years as an Audit Senior Manager. In 2012, they transitioned to Beachbody where they spent 5 years as the Executive Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting. Most recently, they were the Sr. Director - Controller, North America at Viking Cruises from August 2017 to May 2019.

Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant and received their BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Caitlin Kelly earned their BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, with an emphasis in accounting and a minor in professional writing. Caitlin is certified by the California Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.

They are on a team with David Chang - Vice President - Finance, Reporting and Metrics, Devin Griswold - Vice President, Member Growth, and Dave Williams - Vice President Operations, Strategic Initiatives. Caitlin Kelly reports to Karen Cate, CFO & COO.
