Before joining Amazon, Manasa worked as a Predictive Analytics Intern at CNA Insurance in 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at LatentView Analytics as a Senior Data Analyst and Data Analyst, where they collaborated with the head of PayPal-Canada Marketing Analytics on campaign design, monitoring, and analysis. Manasa also conducted consumer profiling and built dashboards for campaign effectiveness analysis. Manasa started their career as a Decision Scientist at Mu Sigma in 2013. Overall, their experience showcases their strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis and business intelligence.

Manasa Makam pursued their educational journey with a strong focus on acquiring skills and knowledge in various fields. Manasa began their academic path at Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya, where they completed their 10th Class education under the CBSE curriculum from 2002 to 2007. Building upon this foundation, they went on to study Chemical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Warangal, earning their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from 2009 to 2013. Eager to broaden their expertise, Manasa then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science at Indiana University Bloomington from 2016 to 2018. Throughout their education, Manasa has displayed a commitment to developing their skills and knowledge in different areas, moving from a strong foundation in science and engineering to a specialization in data science.
