Robin Fernandez, PCC, NCC is a seasoned leadership and communications coach and corporate trainer with extensive experience in various fields. Since 2007, Robin has operated Nature of Being®, focusing on enhancing self-awareness, effective communication, public speaking, executive presence, and emotional intelligence among C-suite leaders and teams. Additionally, Robin contributes to Thrive Partners as a coach in the digital coaching space. Prior to coaching, Robin had a successful career as a professional singer and performer under the stage name Robbi Marchion, showcasing talents in notable theatrical venues across the U.S. and Europe. Robin's background also includes roles in marketing and training at Integrated Marketing Technology, Inc. and BusinessWeek, complemented by a B.A. in Performing Arts from American University and certification from Newfield Network.
