Alex Haar

Alex Haar is a seasoned professional in sales and business development, currently serving as a Real Estate Advisor at Thrive Real Estate Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Alex worked as a Business Development Consultant at SwayDM, where contributions included growth marketing and market research. Alex's extensive experience within the Southwestern Family of Companies spanned over six years, culminating in a position as Sales Leader, responsible for recruiting and training over 200 salespeople while achieving significant personal and organizational sales results. Alex also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Haar Aeration and leadership experience with Colorado DECA as Vice President. Alex holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2021, and graduated from Cherry Creek High School in 2014.
