Mike Coffey has a diverse and extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Mike currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Thrive Restaurant Group since July 2018. Prior to this, they worked as an Area Operating Partner at Panera Bread from August 2017 to July 2018. In 2017, they were the Director of Operations at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen from March to August. Before that, Mike served in various roles at Chili's, including Vice President Operations, Sr. Area Director, Area Director, and Managing Partner. Their tenure at Chili's spanned from 1996 to 2017. Prior to joining Chili's, Mike worked as a General Manager at Bennigan's from July 1992 to June 1996.
Mike Coffey obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Plymouth State University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
