Carlin Hsueh, Ph.D., currently serves as the STEM Enterprise Account Executive and Director of STEM Business Development at Thrive Scholars, focusing on providing high-achieving, low-income students of color with opportunities for success in STEM careers. Previous experience includes roles at Helping Hands Community, where outreach efforts strengthened partnerships with organizations like Uber and Lyft during COVID-19, and Life Science Cares, where Carlin managed strategic initiatives in San Diego and led the inaugural Career Conversations pilot program for students of color in life sciences. Additional roles include project management at the Association of Science-Technology Centers, science education leadership at Chabot Space & Science Center, and various contributions to marine and science education initiatives. Carlin holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from UCLA and a BS in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
