Eduardo Najera

Eduardo Najera Ortega is an experienced placement and program manager specializing in career development, currently serving at Thrive Scholars since January 2018. In this role, Eduardo leads the development of career curriculum and training for a national cohort of 500 scholars and provides career coaching to enhance job search and post-graduate opportunities. Prior to this, Eduardo held various positions at Dartmouth College from September 2013 to July 2017, including Assistant Director of Interdisciplinary Studies and Community Outreach Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed advising students, facilitating workshops, and enhancing career engagement among diverse populations. Eduardo earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Dartmouth College in 2014.
