Lisa Lovett

Lisa Lovett is an experienced career services professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Career Pathways at Thrive Scholars since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa contributed significantly to the University of Colorado Boulder from November 2007 to July 2023, including positions as Director of Career Services, Interim Director of Career Services, and Associate Director for Employer Relations. Lisa's leadership focused on student success, engagement, and career preparation, overseeing a comprehensive career center and working closely with employers to foster internship and job opportunities for students and alumni.
