Ken Struss

Ken Struss currently serves as the Vice President of Admissions and Marketing at Thrive Treatment since November 2023. Prior to this role, Struss held the position of AVP, Business Development at Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare from December 2022 to November 2023 and was the Director of Business Development at Acadia Healthcare from July 2018 to December 2022. Earlier in the career, Ken was a Business Development Consultant at Sirona Behavioral Health and worked in Admissions at both Northbound Treatment Services and Covenant Hills Treatment Centers. Struss also has substantial experience as Executive Director of Struss Sales, Inc., a boutique sales and marketing agency focused on the apparel industry, from September 2005 to May 2016. Ken's educational background includes college preparatory studies at Whittier Christian High School and attendance at UC Santa Barbara.
