Jimmy Rushworth's work experience includes various roles at different organizations. Jimmy started their career at UK Sport, where they worked as a Sports Coach in Tanzania, East Africa. Jimmy then moved on to Sheffield United as a Volunteer Coach, where they coached football and multi-skills and delivered seminars on social skills and leadership. Jimmy later joined Foot Locker as a Sales Assistant, focusing on customer service and generating sales. After that, they worked at Live Well Suffolk as a Get Healthy Get Into Sport Coordinator, coordinating a project to increase sports participation in Suffolk. Jimmy then joined Thrive Tribe, where they held multiple roles, including Referral Generation & Partnership Manager, Assistant Head of Service Delivery, and currently as the Head of Digital Transformation. In their current role, they are responsible for coordinating Thrive Tribe's digital evolution and managing a new Digital Team. Throughout their career, Jimmy has gained experience in various areas, including project management, coaching, customer service, and digital transformation.
Jimmy Rushworth attended East Norfolk Sixth Form College from 2008 to 2010. After completing their studies there, they enrolled in Sheffield Hallam University from 2010 to 2013. At Sheffield Hallam University, Jimmy pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Sports Coaching.
