Gregory Chamitoff is a highly experienced professional in aerospace and education, serving as a Technical Advisor at MySpaceCrystals since January 2023. Chamitoff has held advisory roles at Astreas and Thrive360 since 2019 and 2018, respectively, and is the CEO and Co-Founder of SimDynamX since 2015. Chamitoff has been a Professor at Texas A&M University and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Sydney since 2013, and also serves as a Patron for the One Giant Leap Australia Foundation. As a former astronaut at NASA Johnson Space Center from 1998 to 2013, Chamitoff participated in significant missions as Flight Engineer and Science Officer for ISS Expedition 17/18 and Mission Specialist for STS 124 and 134. Chamitoff's educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MS from Caltech, a BSEE from California Polytechnic State University, and an MS in Space Science from the University of Houston Clear Lake.
