Kimberly Howell's work experience includes a range of roles in various companies.

Kimberly co-founded Thrive365 in 2016 and served as the Chief Commercialization Officer.

In 2021, they co-founded The Hearth, a Christian non-profit community that focuses on developing and mentoring entrepreneurs and missionaries.

Kimberly also co-founded My Rehab Pro in 2012, where they contributed to enhancing the Physical Therapy industry through innovative approaches.

Beginning in 2012, they worked as the President of Paddock Media Group, overseeing the vision, direction, and day-to-day operations of the company.

From 1998 to 2010, they founded and ran Marketing Connections, Inc.

Prior to that, they worked in account services at Creative Alliance from 1993 to 1998.

Kimberly started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts from 1991 to 1993.

Lastly, they worked in account services at Bon Advertising, Inc. (now Bandy, Carroll, Hellige) from 1987 to 1990.

Kimberly Howell attended Purdue University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Telecommunications and Journalism.
