Melissa Lipscomb currently serves as the VP of Customer Success and Support at ThriveCart, leading global teams in customer success, support, and implementation since April 2024. Previously, Melissa was the Vice President of Customer Success at Instabase, overseeing customer success management, support, and enablement teams to enhance customer relationships. Prior roles include Senior Director of Customer Success Engineering at Confluent, where leadership of the Customer Success Technical Architect team focused on optimizing customer value, and Director of Customer Success at Yonder, where transformation of the support model contributed to increased efficiency and satisfaction among Fortune 500 clients. Melissa also held the position of Director of Client Success at CareerPlug, enhancing client engagement throughout their journey.
