Jenn Shaffer

Jennifer Shaffer has extensive experience in operations and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Community Operations at Thrive Companies since January 2021. Previous roles include Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager at Thrive. At Eric&Todd, Jennifer held the title of Producer, managing and organizing projects while ensuring effective communication. Jennifer also served as Customer Experience Manager and Customer Experience Coordinator at Cladwell, focusing on user feedback and engagement. Prior experiences include an independent contractor role at From Founder to CEO, contributing to social media strategy, and various positions in client-facing roles, including a student aide at Miami University and academic tutor. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Miami University.
