Rich McCarthy

Rich McCarthy is an accomplished sales and training expert with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Empowerly since 2024, Rich has also held key consulting positions at R-MAC Consulting Services, influencing sales capabilities and customer-facing teams. Significant past roles include Head of Training & Enablement at IronCircle, Vice President of Sales Operations at Pearson, and Vice President of Marketing & Admissions at Bay State College. An innovative strategist, Rich has spearheaded numerous initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth, along with a strong track record in building and upskilling sales teams. Rich holds an MBA in E-Commerce Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in Management with a focus on Finance from UMass Boston.
