Roy Zur is a prominent entrepreneur and investor in the cybersecurity field, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Charm Security since January 2025, where efforts focus on combating scams and fraud using AI-powered solutions. Additionally, Roy holds the position of Entrepreneur in Residence at Team8, leading initiatives against social engineering and fraud. As an Investor with CCL, Roy collaborates with an elite community promoting early-stage cybersecurity startups. Roy also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Risk Management in Cybersecurity at IDC Herzliya. Previous accomplishments include founding and leading ThriveDX Enterprise and Cybint, companies focused on addressing the global cybersecurity talent shortage through innovative training solutions, alongside holding leadership roles in multiple cybersecurity firms and educational initiatives.
