Mike Brady

Mike Brady currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at ThriveMore since February 2024. Previously, Mike held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at Hospice of the Chesapeake from December 2017 to January 2024, overseeing care for over 1,100 patients and families and managing annual operating budgets exceeding $35 million. Prior to that role, Mike was Chief Financial Officer at National Lutheran Communities & Services from 2011 to December 2017, where financial operations for multiple senior care facilities were managed with a combined budget exceeding $375 million. Earlier experience includes Director of Finance at National Lutheran Communities & Services and Controller at National Lutheran Home. Mike began the professional career as Accounting Manager at the American Heart Association - Virginia Affiliate. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
