Kim Shactman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kim is currently working at Thrive as a Project Lead, where they manage projects and ensures peak performance, scale, and security of business applications. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Project Lead at Thrive and was responsible for client engagement management. Before joining Thrive, Kim worked at Utility Cloud as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on implementation and support. Kim also served as a Client Success Manager at RMON Networks, Inc., where they collaborated with teams to develop operational strategies, created project plans and processes for customer on-boarding, and contributed to the development of cybersecurity product offerings. Kim started their career at Citrix Get-Go as a Sales Development Representative and then worked at Plaistow Dental as a Treatment Coordinator/Dental Assistant.
Kim Shactman attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management focusing on Project Management. Prior to that, they attended NHTI, Concord's Community College from 2012 to 2013 and obtained a certification as a Certified Dental Assistant in Expanded Functions, specializing in Dental Assisting/Assistant. In 2013, they also obtained a Dental Assisting Expanded Functions Certification.
