Nicole Hopkins

Nicole Hopkins is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in Technical Account Management and Customer Success across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Advisory Services ETAM for Thrive, Nicole bridges business and technology by acting as a Technical and Trusted Advisor to executive stakeholders. Previously, in roles such as Enterprise Technical Account Manager at Thrive and Technical Account Manager at Empower Solutions, Nicole delivered personalized service and developed strategic marketing plans. Additionally, as a Technical Customer Success Manager at Systems by Design, Nicole led initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. A solid foundation in IT stems from earlier positions at Schneider Electric and APC, where Nicole gained expertise in network engineering and end-user support. Nicole holds a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and an AAS in Computer Networking from the Community College of Rhode Island.
