Oscar Carbajal

Oscar Carbajal has over 25 years of extensive experience in information technology and client services. Currently serving as vCIO at Thrive since July 2024, previous roles include Director of Client Services and Senior Account Manager at 4IT-Inc since April 2007, and Director of Information Technology at Health Coalition from January 2001 to February 2007. Oscar held the position of Director of Information Technology at Brightstar in 2000 and served as Sr. VP of Operations/IT at TracFone Wireless from September 1997 to March 2000, where responsibilities included overseeing significant company expansion and managing a large team. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Miami.
