Rick Weaver, PMP, has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently, they work as a Project Delivery Lead at Thrive, a technology solutions provider. Previously, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Nutanix and an Information Technology Manager at RITE AID - EnvisonRX Options and Target Systems Inc. Rick also worked as a Sr. Project Engineer at Lazorpoint, Sr. Systems Engineer at Jones Day, and Engineering Manager at Dynamix Technology. Rick began their career as an Information Technology Manager at OhioGuidestone. Throughout their career, Rick has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills.

Rick Weaver, PMP completed their education in the field of Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Cuyahoga Community College between 1990 and 1992. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2022. Rick also holds certifications such as the Nutanix Certified Professional -MCI, ITIL Foundation Level, and additional certifications focused on topics such as Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace, and Amateur Radio Operation.
