Rob Stephenson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and business leadership. Currently serving as CEO and a board member at Thrive since September 2015, Rob has a proven track record in the technology sector, having led 19 Technologies as Principal and overseen strategic growth at Xand in various leadership roles, including Chief Marketing Officer and board member. Notably, Rob transformed Access Northeast from a small ISP into a $20 million company, securing significant funding through partnerships with private equity firms and lenders. Prior experience includes roles at InterNAP Network Services and Eastern Telecom. Rob holds an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Vermont.
